Answers

1) Profile of the activity: What is the difference between Workshop, Conference, Meeting, Seminar, Controversy Table, Dialogue Table, Panel, and Testimonies?

This point is in principle solely intended to make it possible to know what to expect when reading the program. There is nevertheless of course an impact on the size of the activity: by nature, a Workshop calls for a more restricted public in principle than a Table of Controversy or a Testimony.

SEMINAR - scientific or cultural congress, with exposé followed by debate.

CONFERENCE - Meeting of specialists in which are discussed questions considered as important, with eventual confrontation of opinions and taking of resolutions.

WORKSHOP - period of discussion and practical work on a specific subject, when a group of people shares its knowledge and experience.

ROUNDTABLE - managing commission of an assembly, association or corporation.

MEETING - Group of a reasonable number of people in a same place to deal with some subject or with recreational purposes.

ROUNDTABLE OF CONTROVERSY - discussion, arguments, controversy referring to an action, proposal, or question on which many diverge.

2) How long will the activity last? (in shifts) what is the duration of a "shift?"

This is about knowing how many sessions the activity will last. Each shift or session is 3 hours long.

3) To play the game of aggregation, it is mandatory to answer “Yes” to the following question: Would your organization interlink the event proposed with other events and organizations that have similar proposals?

To answer yes makes it possible to identify the organizations that are not opposed to articulations. Those that answer no won’t be contacted, neither by the facilitator groups, nor by other organizations. You therefore have to answer yes!
