In charge of programs at the FPH, editorial director of the Éditions Charles Léopold Mayer and teacher at Science Po Paris, I participated in 2003 and in 2004 in the Exhibition Social World, with a very great interest.

I intend to participate also at the forum 2005 with several objectives, among which:

1. To participate in the meetings turning around global governance (in the framework of my implication in the launching of an international network of comparative research and discussion on the reform of governance, IRG);

2. To participate in the meetings between national platforms of NGOs of Brazil, of India, of France, etc., network backed by the FPH;

3. To launch with our Brazilian partners the French and Portuguese versions of the book "The global village idiot - citizens of the planet facing the explosion of communication", completed in the framework of the Alliance of Independent Publishers for another globalization (AEI) and published in Brazil, in Europe and in India;

4. Possibly to participate in the exploitation in the form of a book of the content of the 11 WSF Terrains, always in the framework of the AEI in which I have been involved strongly for several years as president;

5. To rediscover the inimitable taste of the churrasco gaucho and the inspiring ambiance of the gatherings at the Por do Sol ...
