I am a retired Brazilian university professor in the civil engineering field. I worked in some of the top state universities in Brazil and was Visiting Professor at a state university in USA. Since my retirement in 2002 I am engaged in a Master of Business in Economics - International Analyst course. My interest in international relations, politics and policies comes from longtime. I have contributed already, during the course, with some papers in development, terrorism and geopolitics, and international trade.
