By way of introduction: My name is Félix Gutiérrez Matta. I am executive manager of the Network of Wayra community radios and telecenters. We are located in the west of Bolivia next to the Republics of Chile and Peru. Our population of the region is of the Aymara and Quechua languages: we are native Americans or farmers.
We are interested in this dialogue WSF 2005. We are willing to contribute with our ideas and with our point of view. Our audience arrives to about 500.000 people daily. We have already begun with the dialogue in our rural communities.
