Warm greetings,
My name is Alonso Gómez Vélez; I live in the Caribbean Colombia; I reside in
Cartagena de Indias and I believe that is wonderful to be able to exchange
ideas and concepts in an open way and honestly. We are on the threshold of a
new world and the transformation should be, at first instance, a personal
one, because the exterior is the reflection of how we are living interiorly.
According to this there are an uncountable number of paradigms to be
questioned that would appear surely as long as the forum goes on.
I am an Industrial Engineer, 49 years old, and I have been initiated into
literature due to its own essence: it is an instrument for sharing
experiences and ideas. I edited an essay in the field of political economy,
which, from my point of view, is a field absolutely lacking conceptual
issues and however has become the main axis for an effective transformation
in the social economy.
I do not feel it is useful to tell you my political orientation, because
such identity becomes in fact the main challenge to overcome: the past
political tendencies are finished and we need have to find a new
orientation, although we should appeal to eclecticism for doing so.
Welcome to the new present.
