Introduction of Daniel MARINHO

First of all, I want to say it is a great pleasure to become a member of
such skilled, interesting, clever group.
I am a Public Relations, 35 years old, Brazilian, and I have been working
with marketing and communication for 12 years. Since last year, I made a
small change in my career into third sector, social marketing. I am someone
deeply unhappy with the way humanity is leading life, not giving the right
education to our children, not having a great concern with environment and
to what we are doing with earth now and its consequences to future
generations. I just want to use my intelligence and creativity to plant some
good, positive and strong seeds that can lead to a fairer, more human,
ethical, peaceful and transparent world.
I am the marketing and communication coordinator at CDI Comitê de
Democratização da Informática, (Committee on democratization of informatics)
a NGO in São Paulo/Brazil, with the mission of fighting digital exclusion,
teaching poor communities of how to use computer and all internet tools,
sensitizing companies to be socially responsible by investing in their
communities digital knowledge. I have great concerns towards social
responsibility, private social investments, sustainable development, peace,
and ethics in business, management and politics.
I do believe this forum can be a great place for all of us to share ideas,
solutions, principles, a powerful channel of mutual exchanges, where we can
learn and teach each other what we have learned in life, no matter what we
have done in the past.
Hugs for all and all the best to you,
