About the background of the proposal for a World Parliament and WP

ººº Abstract: We cannot wait for a WP. The values of a WP can be realized
right now. Let the values grow in a decentralized way, and let them meet in
a WP. ººº
WP is relevant because we are one mankind on one planet. We are a global
community of common interests. So let us agree of what our common interests
are by parliamentary debate.
On the other hand, WP is irrelevant because establishing it takes too much
time, and because mankind can survive only in a decentralized way. So every
autonomous region (e. g. the European Union) or sub-region (e. g. Catalonia)
has to find its way of life in dignity and respect of others, long before WP
will be established. Therefore it might well happen that WP agrees on
principles which some regional groups of human beings practice already. That
is to say, every human being has to set an example of right livelihood now,
and every human being must not wait for the result of the WP-debate.
I propose the following attitudes / values:
1. Re-discover yourself in the one to whom you are talking to.
2. Chimpanzees and bonobos are your kin.
3. You depend on your natural environment.
4. If you cannot get enough of something, especially of money, you are
insane and need a therapy.
5. If you usually do not do what you like, if you like to subjugate / sell
yourself, you are insane and need a therapy.
We should make sure that every adult on this earth is included on this way
to a WP. Since we have many illiterate people and people without access to
email-technology, they have to interviewed by volunteers. In order to
organize this, funds have to be raised (e. g. by people like George Soros).
