how to classify the themes concerning this month's discussion
topic?

Abstract: before approaching the considerable reflection field that a world
parliament suggests, I propose an outline of classification in topics: a) a
historical reference to understand globalization, b) the human being's
behavior, a central figure of this history, from sociological,
anthropological, psychological and spiritual perspectives, and c) the social
behavior and inside it the economic behavior.
The aims of discussion proposed for the WP21 are considerable and extensive.
Our team of animation has a serious classification work to canalize the
proposals in a coherent and constructive way. According to this, I propose
to set up sub-topics inside the three fields suggested in the introductory
thoughts.
In the first field, the evolutionary vision of the history, points out a
reference frame to understand the phenomenon of the current globalization
and to assume it as a natural beginning toward a humanized globalization.
All this shows the importance of initiatives like the WP21.
At the center of the development of historical events there is just one
central figure that can be identified as a discussion axis: the human being
and its behavior. Therefore the study of humanity, in its individual as well
as social aspects, becomes an unquestionable sub-topic.
Nevertheless, according to these ideas, the human being as an individual,
encloses an entire vast field of thought that would include the scientific
aspect dealt with by anthropology, sociology in part, and psychology, as
well as the spiritual aspect dealt by all the religions of the world.
The other axis, the social behavior, becomes a summary of the previous one
and inside it, the economic aspect, becomes the fundamental point of the
problem of modern times. According to this, my contribution will deal first
with the analysis of the historical development of the economic systems, as
a way of clarifying some structural solutions to the socio-economic
conditions of peoples.
I hope to have contributed with a motion of order of the proposal's
discussion. I will hear your opinions in order to begin with my thoughts.
Sincerely,
Algove.
