Introduction of Garda GHISTA
Garda GHISTA
Wednesday, October 30, 2002 10:49 AM

Greetings,

My name is Garda Ghista and I work in the Women's Studies Department of Northern Kentucky University in Kentucky, USA. I am also working towards a degree in Journalism and Communications, and have side interests in the formation of one world government. For this reason I have joined this list serve.

I would like to propagate the principles of PROUT (www.prout.org and www.proutworld.org as given by Prabhat R. Sarkar, which include the concept of world government, creation of world constitution). I like to think what constitutes a successful world government. The UN Charter is good but has fatal flaws due to insertions like the Optional Clause by the big powers, and due to the veto power of the Security Council. But, with some corrections, the UN Charter can be the forerunner of a world constitution.

Best wishes,

Garda
