ºººAbstract: I have been a World Parliament advocate and activist since 1984. I am a Delegate Member of Provisional World Parliament convened in conformance with a Constitution for the Federation of Earth. I am a Member, World Constitution Parliament Association. I am Executive Secretary, Graduate School of World Problems. I am a Guest Teacher for World Parliament Seminar, City Montessori School, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA. I have Master Degree in Computer Education, California State University, Northridge, 2001. ººº

First of all, I am a human being and a world citizen. Those two attributes are precious to me. Race, religion, nationality, and gender are lesser attributes of me. If I were to presume superiority in lesser attributes, then I would be losing my own humanity.

I am fluent in English, Spanish and French. I am 48 years old. I was born in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

In 1984, I joined the World Constitution and Parliament Association. This is an organizing agent for a series of World Constituent Assemblies and sessions of a Provisional World Parliament.

I participated in three of five sessions of the Provisional World Parliament, in New Delhi, in Miami Beach, and in Malta. I am Deputy Chair of the Standing Parliamentary Commission on Disarmament.

My graduate thesis was an Annotated Bibliography for the Graduate School of World Problems. This 352 page bibliography annotates 200 resources on world problems, world parliament, history of the world government movement, and emerging global social institutions.

In May 2000, I spoke on World Parliament at the UNESCO-sponsored Visions of Peace Conference in Dublin, Ireland. In June 2001, I caucused for world parliament at the Regional People's Assembly in San Francisco.

I attended the Second International Conference of Chief Justices of the World on Article 51 of the India Constitution at City Montessori School, Lucknow in India, in December 2001.

In May 2001, I instructed at the World Parliament Seminar in Takoradi, Ghana, West Africa. In June 2001, I instructed at the World Parliament Seminar at City Montessori School, Lucknow.

This World Parliament Seminar is significant also, because the seminar was in progress at the time of decision by UNESCO to award the UNESCO Prize for Peace Education 2002 to CMS for its outstanding and innovative work in the peace education field!

The Founder Manager of City Montessori School, Mr. Jagdish Gandhi, invited me to extend my stay. I teach World Parliament here until mid-December.

I am glad that we have this opportunity for the World Parliament e-forum. I am praying that we each approach this forum with loving hearts and firm resolve to move beyond barriers that divide the human being. I am praying for our maturity and for our goodness, to build on the rock solid foundations that have been created for us by great thinkers and great human beings down through the ages. May our Lord bless this Work! May God bless the World Parliament! May Peace Prevail on Earth!
