The e-democracy dispenses us of a meeting room, the visio-conferences allow us
to see us also and to hear us! It is obvious that with progress concerning
electronic interface, we will be able all to communicate with the world
Parliament and its members! It can be only a futuristic vision, a way of
working to be invented! In my opinion, transparency will be one of the
primordial warranties of this world governance tool.
