Where are the supermen what we are talking about?

To the propositions of Marie Martin-Pecheux, I want to reply: bravo for the
marvelous scene of simultaneous policy! But it appears to me to be science
fiction! How delete current condition or context from men or women to make
some future transnational ambassadors, such famous ci-terrestrials? It would
be necessary to have a basis of free beings, with free unconscious from all
cultural roots and networks of adherence, without any personal nor emotional
engagements. This is an utopia: the inextricable tie between identity and
place of existence is a difficult obstacle to surmount only in ten years!
The scale of one century appears a more probable one, but it is necessary to
begin immediately to work on it! And what would be the method that allows us
to educate, to program such disinterested, equable beings, with an provable
integrity? Meanwhile, I don't see which existing and available human
category to invest! Personally, from my modest level of urban planner, I
have been put in charge of transmitting new ways of thought and making
within professional groups, in local political contexts. In the name of
sustainable development, of the principles of dialogue, subsidiarity and
social fairness, of the progress of the systemic and transversal thought, I'
ve been enough innocent to believe that this new discourses, that made also
part of the French legislation, would influence the methods of thinking and
decision makings of the urban policies positively.
Otherwise, as an ethnologist's, I've been invested progressively in the
welcome of the nomads, in the social and urban integration, and the policies
of welcome for resourceless, I've done some depth investigations concerning
all categories concerning public policies (subsidized, indebted people, all
kinds of excluded population). I wrote lots of reports with recommendations:
I never felt even the shade of a perspective change in the local practices
from here or anywhere. Conferences, yes! Awakenings, no! It is there an
intangible reality, the systems of representation are anchored in the
deepest place of the beliefs, they are elitist, favoritist, and enroll in
local geographical interests before even to be national! Technicians,
representatives and professional are weaving a whole of interests enough
dense for to block any concrete initiative of change.
A world parliament should institute extremely rigorous methods of
reformulation of the public discourses and evaluation of acts. We could go
even farther and imagine it like a powerful detector of lies for to punish
irresponsible people being in power!! A sort of struggle tool against the
irreversible human selfishness!!! All that is a bit frightening, isn't it?
Have a good day anyway!!!
