What place for the resourceless in the WP and in the world?

Third intervention
Concerning general order after the week of recreation
While rereading the presentations of all our friends quickly, I wonder where
are those more especially mine, those like me, without diploma, without
academic reference. Those with I cannot exchange because too distant, too
pauper, too intellectually resourceless, those that learn about life while
trying to survive every day, but that stay often women, children, men of a
very high humanitarian quality.
Perhaps the World Parliament will decide, among its first programs, to
legislate about the duty of putting * all * in work so that each of them can
make the acquirement of an elementary learning allowing them, exactly, to
practice the critique and to express their dignity even with those being *
well placed *.
Because, before being worried of a broken economy, of a sustainable
development, of a ci-terrestrial Parliament, of a world peace., they are
enough that are preoccupied just for searching covering, lodging and human
presence - even though they don't have any particular relation - If one
doesn't worry about to know that they wish above all, how the World
Parliament is going to proceed for the * well-being of all men *, * for an
international community and on a consensus around a balanced existence and a
harmonious humanity * (Marie Martin Pecheux). We will always be able to
decide instead of them, about what ourselves, better provided, we think that
it would be good. We know this situation since the beginning of the times.
If we wish to change for a better world, let's change what is going to
allow, in fact, to erase a big part of misery in our doors.
The ambassadors of the World Parliament are them insured to have good
incomes.
I come closer from Raul Gomez Miranda and Troy Davis
Thank you all for your attention and good courage.
