unavoidable institutionalization of this type of counter-power "organized
identically to the current power" and its mistakes. Otherwise, before to
really integrate the TRANS (cultural, national, disciplinary, etc..), our
slow minds are going to continue to think all at the same time but in a
sectorial and linear way. I come back of the board of directors of the ATTAC
organization, in spite of the incontestable theoretical qualities of their
scientific works, these holders of an economy to the man's service, are
taken to the same human traps that the dominant others. The impression to
see how the political party of the 3rd millennium is born, was very clear.
Birth of local separations and underground currents, in spite of a present
movement in 37 countries, multiplications from all defenders of "victims" of
the very mediatic association for the * Tobin tax*.
Our dealing with the WP and the simultaneous politics, inspire me the
following question: how to create in all these future organizations the
permanent systems of evaluation and a transparency as clear as possible to
grant its ethics and its democratic efficiency? I insist: which education to
give in our schools to form such an incorruptible elite? New generation of
negotiators whose art would be to seize the totality of the interests,
indispensable quality to take in charge the global responsibility.
I don't see how all that can be made, with our neo-liberal inheritance of
technocracy and capitalism, and this impregnation everywhere dominant of the
world as a merchandise.
A formation to the systemic thought of these future sages should to be
considered, there is any place where to learn to think as in system! Who is
going to be charge to invest in the pilot schools of ci-terrestrials? And
how long? It is necessary to count two generations in my opinion before that
was created in the Noosphere a sensitization of all terrestrials to the
requirements of the sustainable development.
Before than this, our world Parliament will remain a perfect theoretical
machine of opposition. Its action will be to develop a necessary parallel
thought and whose increasing relevance will lead little by little toward a
new political party.
It is evidently my intention just to put my own vision on this!
