Instead of changing capitalism for anything else, it is urgent to transform it

ººº Abstract: I don't consider convenient to change the capitalist system for anything else. It is urgent, on the other hand, its transformation. The current pattern, enlarges the differences among rich and poor inside the countries and among the countries. A country in development cannot have a democratic government and, at the same time, to fulfill the demands of the international financial organisms. It is necessary also to modify the way of running of these later. The market doesn't need to be free, it needs to be fair, and later, perhaps, free. We should avoid to fall in the same defects that our leaders when they celebrate their meetings: they use to speak of big principles, but they don't they make anything. Why we don't force them to accomplish their promises? ººº

I don't consider convenient to change the capitalist system to anything else. I believe, however that is urgent its transformation. It is demonstrated that the current market model is unfair and, also, inadequate. The current pattern, enlarges the differences among rich and poor inside the countries and among the countries. A country in development cannot have a democratic government and, at the same time, to fulfill the demands of the International Monetary Fund, of the World Bank, and of the World Trade Organization.

We need to impede the spoil of the poor countries from the rich ones.
It is necessary to modify many of the current running norms of the market. It is necessary to modify the way of running of many International Organisms, such as the World Trade Organization, the World Bank or the International Monetary Fund.

The markets of the developed countries should not only open up to the agricultural products of the developing countries, but rather, also, they should provide them an easy access and help them for making competitive their agriculture.

An example of injustice. A country rich signs with a country in development a Treaty of Free Trade. But the rich country subsidizes its farmers strongly. The country in development cannot carry out that policy of grants.

It is necessary to finish with the politics of grants over the agriculture. Many countries in development are insisting on that. But this is not enough to solve the problem. Also, the developed countries should provide to the countries in development the appropriate technology to their situation, that is to say, the rich countries should provide the poor countries the technologies that could allow them to take their own development in charge

The market doesn't need to be free, it needs to be fair, and later, perhaps, free
The market doesn't need to be free, it needs to be fair, and later, perhaps, free. The democracy is a tool to achieve social ends and good governance. To dialogue is well, but, in face of serious humanitarian crises as those that crosses the current international situation, it is not possible to remain inactive.

We should avoid to fall in the same defects that our leaders when they celebrate their meetings: they speak of big principles, but they don't make anything. They don't accomplish any of their promises, although they try not to make many. They have promised the 0,7, why don't we demand them to accomplish their promise?. They promised to give money for AIDS, why don't we force them to give such promised money?.
