We would need to start a popular consultation concerning dispositions and organization of the Parliament

Greetings to all,

First of all, I want to say that the discussions are going well and that there is a relative harmony in the stated aims. The ideas are common to a integrated structure of the World Parliament while respecting the values of every community.

I also believe that it would be necessary to start a popular consultation concerning dispositions and organization of the Parliament. That means to ask the population on which kind of structure they are ready to accept. In this way, there will be a world social forum in Porto Alegre, Brazil, in January 2003 where the ideas will be able to be put in common in order to develop a world network under all aspects of the society; the economy, the democracy, the medias, the human rights, the culture... I will be there and I would try to represent as much as possible the interests of the World Parliament and its benefit, but especially to revitalize me for to bring other ideas to the discussions of the Forum.

Nice to read you!

Simon-OIivier Coté
