If you have ideas for such a preparatory process you can send them to us at <wp@alliance21.org>, independently of the list. We are also considering setting up a working group to prepare for the on-going organizing process. We might discuss such things as the development of a website; fundraising; and the support that would be needed to launch the process. Please let us know if you would be interested in participating.
