Garda Ghista's views on the need to replace the UN with world government
matches well the work of the World Constitution and Parliament Association.
The Constitution for the Federation of Earth (aka "Earth Constitution") is
designed to replace the obsolete UN Charter.
The Earth Constitution also addresses the issues of economic justice
(distributive justice) and has in it a design for regional (and local)
administration.
