a peace game

Hello,
This forum requires a lot of research all at once for some of us, or maybe
just me ;). But I offer this as a thought for your next round.
We are talking about governance, well. Why not set up a scenario that the WP
would have to deal with in the future. And ask how that would be resolved.
Step by step. Like a kind of war game, only a peace game. Bring a little
reality to it and see how these ideas would work out.
I think it one thing to say you should have a committee to achieve
something, a totally different thing to actually achieve it.
