º°° Summary: the questions raised on what should be the WP are precise. The existing ideas already elaborate are magnificent. But from ideas to acts, there is a space to be traversed. I think that it is not necessary to temporize a long time and to take quickly the problems with a practical approach. °°°
The precision of the questions raised in the message on what should be the WP delights me, and give a precise idea of the work immensity to accomplish. I would not have ever known how to formulate myself such state of things, and this highlights the weakness of my knowledge.
But so many magnificent ideas already existing brought up on this forum, which have not been still set up... The question of a * method * is important in this! or at least * why * such implementation lacks.
On the proposals and models of organization
I think that we should consider how a WP can contribute to correct big problems as quickly as possible.
I think that we could encourage and experiment at the same time with methods and multiple processes of organization.
The adaptive suppleness is the only way that can enable to go quickly from a C (Current) state, to a W (Wished) state, while including the L (Local) states, with a minimal consensus concerning the W (Wished) state.
The C state (partial) can change according to the local situations. The C state (global) is a dispersed sum of A(p) states that we would like to lead to a situation of consistency, the W state (both wished and stable, without rigidity)
And in order to reach all this, it is necessary to take care of * the remuneration for the grey matter * (the brain work!) Thus:
Humor: the mental energy that is building this forum merits my admiration!!.
