We are in one the most sensitive phases of our forum. Indeed, the question of to know how concretely should be considered the organization of the WP is a questioning which the contours of the answer or answers are not really obvious.
What will be the foundation of the WP? I believe that this is the question essential of the way of organization of the WP
Do we look for this foundation on the local and regional Assemblies? Should the construction of the pyramid begin by the summit? Should the WP accept the limits of the national borders?...
The idea of the local Assemblies seems to me acceptable. These assemblies must be the roots on which will be sustained the WP. The trunk of the WP must be constituted by the world assembly. Concerning the branches and leaves of the WP which should cover us with shadiness, will be constituted by the continental assemblies with their multitude of networks.
Such a model of PM will necessarily embrace the borders.
As you can see it in the detail, the summit there is constituted by the continental assemblies and non the world assembly. This last is at the center because it is supporting the continental assemblies, and it is supported by the local assemblies.
