Will the WP be based on the * First Principle *?

ººº Abstract : * Each and every human being has an equal right by birth to the land and resources of the earth. * The neglect of this First Principle can be seen not only in war and conflict situations, but in the humans suffering from poverty, hunger, and homelessness; in the growing gap between the rich and poor, in the abuse and neglect of Mother Earth herself. If you agree wit it, if this comes to you as a basic truth, then you might ask, *How can we build a world based on this *First Principle*? ººº

There are so many crisis areas in the world today that the chaos and despair can sometimes feel overwhelming as we go about our day to day lives with this knowing.

There is a *First Principle* that is being ignored, however. If we were to awaken to and affirm this *First Principle* we would be on our way to building a world of genuine peace with justice.

The neglect of this *First Principle* can be seen not only in war and conflict situations worldwide, but also in our own towns and communities. The neglect of this *First Principle* is seen in the humans suffering from poverty, hunger, and homelessness; in the growing gap between the rich and poor; in the millions wasting away in prisons; in the struggle of middle class people to pay their rents and mortgages even with two income families.

Neglect of this *First Principle* can be seen in the abuse and neglect of Mother Earth herself - the material substance from which we come and to which we will return, each and every one of us.

Our democratic mandates and institutions are not based on this *First Principle.* Our Constitution and Bill of Rights do not contain it. Yet, for many indigenous peoples of the world, this *First Principle* is their most basic and fundamental realization.

For Democracy and *civilization* itself to survive, transform and thrive in ways that support us all and the earth itself, this *First Principle* needs now to be acknowledged and affirmed.

The First Principle is this:

* Each and every human being has an equal right by birth to the land and resources of the earth. *

Now, either you agree or disagree with this *First Principle*. If you agree, then you will instantly become aware that our work has to be based on the affirmation of this *First Principle* and that it must be the basis for our peace and justice work. If you fully grasp the importance of this First Principle, then you will see how our peace and justice work can build a mighty and coherent force for human unity to solve our major global problems.

If you disagree, then know that you believe that you or someone else has a greater right to exist on this planet than others. The more or the mightier of those who believe that some have a greater right to exist than others, then increasingly will those living and acting in ignorance of this principle continue to further the destruction of masses of people and of the earth herself.

If you agree, if this comes to you as a basic truth, then you might ask, *How can we build a world based on this *First Principle*?

Then, you may become aware of a considerable amount of research and practical current work that has already been done or is underway to build a world based on the *First Principle*.

Contained within this body of knowledge and work, centuries old and current time, can be found tremendous clarity and practical guidelines regarding the needed in-depth solutions to many of the crises of our times. Those who follow this quest will come across a golden treasure of wisdom teachings.

How many of you on this World Parliament list would have the WP be build on the *First Principle*?
