First of all, I wish to congratulate Rob Wheeler for his fine 5 page summary of the Constitution for the Federation of Earth. This is a step which greatly strengthens the presentation of the Earth Constitution.
It is certainly easier to read five pages rather than fifty. The five page summary is the best place to go after reading the one page summary at <www.worldparliamentgov.net>. In fact, for those already interested in the formation of World Parliament, the five page summary is the best place to start, if one hasn't the time for the fifty page full text.
As a matter of minor correction, for reading the full text of the Earth Constitution in eight languages, do not go to <www.wcpagren.org> (That is a good site, but does not post the eight languages.) Instead, go to <www.wcpagren.com>, where you will find the Earth Constitution in French, Spanish, English, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Esperanto and Greek. In the left column, if you can find the link xjpx, then you will get part of the Earth Constitution in Japanese, as well.
The Earth Constitution has been translated into about ten other languages, but has not yet been digitized and posted in all of these. Portuguese and Hindustani are digitized, but not yet posted. I expect to see these posted soon.
