Dear Marie, Let me announce you my admiration for the mentioned * Noana * , this energetic, voluntary and strong woman who is not afraid of nothing and dedicate her whole life to the benefit of the others!
It is possible to imagine that a good part of the world population is turning thus into an army of * pasionarias * ready to clear all obstacles?
Can one believe that thanks to these individual initiatives, nothing will resist anymore the leading strength of the NGO, nor the political-administrative meanders, nor the false electoral promises and especially nor the almost general indifference in which suffering appears and perpetuate itself on the Earth?
What kind of excellent education would have had these volunteers, that become them capable to build complete reports of eradication of the Leprosy, both at financial and strategic levels? Myself, as a professional, I have really a big difficulty in doing in good place and time, the most important reports than I defend for a more equitable city.
To exercise this know-how is a hard task, if we want to avoid the two classic traps: embarrassing reports, voluntarily forgotten, or recovered for other more * lucrative * causes.
But I expect that my words don't deceive you: I really hope that things happen in such way! And I am sure that you must have met people of this quality, so that you are talking well all about! But, in what a world parliament can help more to them? In validating some petitions? In communicating the positive results for making proud the populations undertaken in the process? In fact in your example, all is done already by the individuals, before that World Parliament can act. Don't you believe that all this field work should be carried by specialized commissions of the world Parliament? Can we really support our organization on the exceptional quality of some human beings whose level of efficiency can only be compared with their level of disinterestedness?
Should be paid, this kind of mission? How to regulate an economy of compassion?
These are the questions that is raising your very beautiful example of today!
