The dilemma stated by John Bunzl is radically the knot of this affair.
It mobilizes my mind night and day. Only the * basis *, the * public *, can bring a change of * the head *, the dominant power.
* The head * doesn't want at all of losing the power, because is this one that keeps it alive. It needs to be like Gorbachev, for to dare in risking to lose its own interest in favor of the collective interest. He is in fact perhaps a lot more efficient now, at a global level.
If the * basis * accepts to be lead at a not adequate way for it, it is responsible of this. It is the * basis * who must mobilizes itself and change in order to acquire the necessary power; to give itself as many political power as it consider satisfactory. So that everybody doesn't be exploded, of hunger or another problem, or these ones are really varied. There we are the beginning of our work to build the PM21.
