On the respect of the common resolutions

We have a very precise example currently with the conflict Iraq-USA. By way of e-mail, I am informed of decisions coming of * the basis * to solve the serious crisis peacefully.
Men who are at the service of each other
* Human shields * are regrouped massively to protect with their own body the Iraqi people. They know pertinently that they risk their life, and that the Iraqi régime is not exempt of offending responsibility. * One * person launched the idea, and it has been approved extensively. A movement of such a power cannot be ignored officially.
A Canadian organization considers that USA are much more dangerous than Iraq, according to the criteria definite by themselves,: massive stocks of chemical, bacteriological, nuclear weapons; to ignore the resolutions of the united Nations; to refuse to sign and to respect the international treaties; to have gained the power through illegitimate means
Consequently, this organization considers that an inspection of the US equipments is necessary. A team of specialists is going to introduce itself soon as volunteer to do it. UN Would have been able perhaps to think about it!! What is it thinking about?
In French, we use to say: * a watered waterier *. It is true, logical. We need persons necessary enough * encouraged * to do use of the only pacific weapons that they have, and to speak with such a strong voice.
