Additional input to be considered, pyramidal parliament or direct democracy and something different like a board of trouble shooters?

We all are quite familiar with the mistakes and failures of common parliamentary systems. Looking closer at the problem, we might recognize the variety of different interests as being the origin of malfunction of parliamentary systems till today. Different interests like regional, national, financial, influential etc. bear the risk of one interest trying to fight the next, one trying to bribe the other etc. We normally call the competition of different ideas democracy. Democracy by itself does never guarantee the right choice. At best it guarantees the choice of the majority. That is why normally a democracy is based on a constitution. A basic law which serves as kind of framework within the respective society is taking decisions.
However, in spite of common moral and ethical basic laws we still suffer from war, from exploitation, racism and other social diseases. This fact proofs the necessity to achieve or to try something new.
We already talked about this new dimension we need to make come true. I am referring to all those people who know that individual happiness and welfare entirely depends on social happiness and welfare which in itself depends on the foundations of nature. Those people have overcome (or they never have been infected by) the patriarchal insanity, the coercion to shape nature and everything else according to goals which finally will destroy life on earth. Those people know we all are one family, we all need to foster the global circles of Life on our planet by serving each other and the ecological context at the same time. The constitution of those people is coherent with the basic cosmic laws.
What I want to say is, this kind of people never can be bribed, they know about the consequences for themselves and for the future generations. They always existed during history and we do know a few of those brave individuals by name. I have the notion the number of this kind of people is increasing rapidly. If such people communicate with one another it is something different to the kind of communication we normally know. Such people do not want to convince or to outnumber or to fight their partners. They communicate openly and with curiosity to increase their knowledge in full awareness of their common destiny and origin. They try to path ways of understanding interdependencies on earth, they do feel responsible.

In contrast to the debates which we are used to, where each side tries to bring up more *cientific evidence* against the other side's claims and where scientists proof each side's contradiction, future debates will not be fuelled and poisoned by contrasting interests of who gains the greater influence and power on a global scale. Future debates do not care for power, not for money. They do not seek advantage for one side against the other side. Future debates care for the best solution which unfortunately up to now often is not being considered just due to conflicts with those in power.
In history those kind of people often have been called wise women and men. Could we imagine kind of wisdom boards on different levels where open questions are discussed to be answered? Boards where the best solution in regard to global dimensions are being looked for by help of ultimate scientific knowledge always in regard to a global responsibility? There might be regional boards where people do know each other personally, then there could be continental boards of well known people of high integrity succeeded by a global board of warm heartiest and utmost integer women and men.
What I imagine is local direct participatory democracy everywhere on the globe.
Decisions at local levels will be checked by regional wisdom boards where also open questions may be placed for discussion and general judgement. If these boards do feel the necessity of further investigation, certain problems or questions will be put in front of the next level boards etc. As a result there will not be a hierarchical structure of delegation. Life is being decided on where it takes place, directly and in a participatory way. Wisdom boards are instruments which control social functions and take care of ecological integrity always confronting themselves with their responsibility also for future generations.
WP 21 discussions as we perform them since several months could path the way of communicating our common challenge to establish a democracy which by means of wisdom always tries to make the best choice come true.
