°°° Summary: The present conjuncture makes me think that it is necessary to put immediately in motion at the same time the movement for the world democracy, opened to a maximal participation, and the World Parliament. In this way, the weight of this World Parliament will be acquired more quickly, because it will already have a resonance in the general population.
A part important of our world community can be quickly and can activate usefully. The Ido language appears to me to be an excellent mean, the Esperanto has been long dealt with here like a need. °°°
Hello Rob, hello to all, and hurrah to our work!
My answer, is clear enough concerning one point; given the present conjuncture and the fast way things are happen, it is necessary to work on ** the two fields at the same time **: to create the movement for the world democracy, at the same time as a preliminary process for a World Parliament. I want to point out that it is the evolution of the present conditions that makes me think like this.
I would not certainly have evaluated this in such a way just some months ago.
A simultaneous policy of generalized disarmament: an utopia?
I believe that this pressure between Bush and Saddam Hussein pushes to very hard positions and consciences. The history of the situation, where all countries have an offending part in the dynamics that is now reaching the point of supplies of nuclear, chemical, bacteriological weapons, obliges to think about consequences. If we escape the apocalypse that risk to provoke the imminent war, it is necessary to consider not letting in any way the possibility that the institutions of the current governance continue to play with impunity over the life of the citizens of the Earth. It would be necessary ** to impose ** the generalized destruction of all these arsenals of massive destruction, with permanent vigilance, because a big number of countries, even all, are hiding part of their armament; this is a spiral of hell that it is necessary to deactivate.
For my part, due to my contacts of work, in some fields that could be considered like a certain * community of ideas *, I am able to mobilize a lot of people on the five continents of the planet. They won't fail to be interested to this democratic action of exercise of the power. It will be enough though sending the adequate e-mails, with the necessary references. Among these people, it is possible that some are capable and wish to assume important responsibilities.
A common language would facilitate the generalized exchanges incontestably
I've consulted the sites on the Ido language. I found it an interesting and relatively simple idea. With the * course in 10 lessons *, I am going to learn it with my grandchildren, who will be certainly more gifted and fast than I am. My typical uselessness for the languages is a big handicap; as I studied some fields involving a lot * the * languages and their specific features, it perhaps can make things easy to me. The acquisition of the language by the children was always for me very mysterious. According to professor Alfred Tomatis, ** we are all born polyglots **. I have two grandchildren who speak fluently French, English and German. This astounds me; I would like to be capable; that has been missed at the beginning!!
I will express myself on other points in ulterior messages. My thought develops slowly; it is why there is a lot of decisions that I have not taken yet, and even concerning the Alliance in general.
Happy future to all of us.
