Efficiency of our communication process

°°°Abstract: We should get a more efficient structure of the WP21 communication process. °°°
Dear friends:
To increase the efficiency of the WP21 communication process I suggest the
following steps:
1. We should open and publish WP21 lists of the Allies on the different
levels in accordance with the agreeing WP21 Allies.
If possible including the cities and telephone numbers of them as far as
individually accepted.
So we can see who and how many WP21 Allies are on our local WP21 list.
2. If there are some Allies on the local WP21 list, we should send our
contributions first to this WP21 local list only in one language and don't
need any translations.
Only the consented results of this WP21 local list we should send to the
WP21 regional list.
3. If there does not exist a WP21 local list we should send our
contributions straight to the regional, national, continental or global WP21
lists.
4. On the WP21 regional list will figure and communicate only the speakers
of the WP21 local lists.
5. This process we can continue up to the WP21 global lists always
considerably increasing the quality of the contributions at each step.
In the same time we can reduce the considerable number of contributions and
necessary translations at the upper WP21 lists.
If the WP21 team agrees with these suggestions we should start immediately
with this more efficient communication process.
Yours
Frederic
