Internet, living expression, democracy, and systemic way of
assessment

Hello, Tim, Friedrich and also Marie (who took too much seriously my remarks
on the importance to keep individuals non organized like a source of
opposition)
Thanks to the ingenious programmer from California for to organize in as
many simplified questions the difficult problem of the democratic
representativity! In fact, in this question, one doesn't succeed in
untangling what concerns the ideological questioning (does the democracy
raise it of the consideration of the needs close to each one's life) and the
practical organization of the socially responsible governance principle (how
to synthesize, and at what scale, the multiple and contradictory
expectations of the humans?)! I don't know how to answer alone such a
question but the questions of all of you makes me think, This is the
interest of the forum! And it is precisely this type of learning to the
systemic knowledge that it would be necessary to establish to analyze the
world repertory of the demands! At what moment, the ardent wishes of some of
us, can reach and feed the expectations of the others? What threshold of
tolerance to regulate harmoniously these actions and political
representations??? These are these questions of adjustment at the limits of
the popular beliefs that it would be good to study at the World Parliament.
And the * qualitative democracy * of Friedrich will answer to this
expectation perfectly if it is able to involve * embedded feedbacks * for
verifying the various interpretations that the different people do of their
political universe.
Our Forum is a clear example of the limits of the understanding... yet among
volunteer actors who are rather generous, what a misunderstanding under
pretext of subjective projections! Perhaps the scientific cell of the World
Parliament could shape a good method of differential analysis of the
available energies from every human group and for knowing which are the
limits not to be overcame, in order to avoid becoming destructive of the *
common sense *?? To have a * clear view * on the impacts that each of our
political decisions can create on the rest of the planet is one of the major
objectives of such a Parliament. Which tools for it? The cross-cutting of
the knowledge, that could be obtained on the internet while crossing the
data, according to essential criteria of quality for the survival of the
human race.
In short, there is too much work for the programmers like you TIM! In fact,
whatever the way of institutional composition that will be adopted to
relieve efficaciously the expectations of the local, regional, national,
continental and global population, the objective that should not be forget
is to always and still encourage the creativeness! Such inexhaustible human
energy is the most necessary to aim to mobilize constantly to change the
apparently unchangeable order of the things! In fact, I have not attacked by
no means the organizations, Marie!! The writing fast e-mail style is doing
some problems of interpretation!!! My spirit of militant make me close of
the incredible diversity of the solutions existing to resist the oppression
and the standardization of our lifestyles. My specialty of urban ethnologist
is near of this spontaneous power of the small human groups to be organized
to exist without to yield too much to the suffering, on the basis of the
strength of the collective mind and the warmness of the culture, without
giving any institutional existence to their training.
As for legitimacy of the scale of the cities, it can vary from 1000 to
several hundreds of million individuals, so, how to build the operational
basis of the participation of the populations from that??? In France, there
are lots of district councils, development councils, citizen agreements on
the projects of urban planning, etc.
But while some really * humanist * texts of laws and systems are created, a
great energy is spent to stop an excessive expression of the populations, to
confiscate elegantly all that could be subversive! It is necessary to know
it for to believe it! The representatives of the democracy are always
talking more on the virtue of the popular expression while silencing the
voice of the urgency and the reason.
Then in my opinion, only a strong, powerful and extraterritorial tool of
communication like Internet will give the possibility to invent reasoned and
efficient forms of compilation of the voices of the earth! Well, I will stop
there this long monologue for that I hope will give place to various
constructive criticism!
