In its political program, Ecolo encourages the creation, on an international scale, in collaboration with parties and democratic and progressive movements so much from the North that of the South, of models of elaboration of norms and designation of really democratic people. The long-term objective is that the term * universal suffrage * is not limited to the national or European framework.
This sounds good but what instructions for a bit more precise use of a democratization on an international scale? this is the theme of this discussion "alterglobaliste."
