Dear Didier,
A delightful message you have sent. You reference what in the end is always an issue with democracy. Yet, there is a simple solution.
Although the population of nations are dissimilar, the basic constructs of nations are not.
Example:
A city with 2 million people in China is no different then a city of 2 million anywhere else. A thousand farmers in China are no different then a thousand farmers in any other country.
So if you view nations as individual groups of their sub structure and not their total population you should finish will a fair and equal representation.
Best Regards,
Frank Houck
