Do you know that I am perfectly in agreement with your objections?
But I expressed to myself badly, probably.
I am going to specify therefore.
1) I am entirely in agreement to say that the politicians are to the image of the human and very diverse beings. But it is not a reason to choose the worse!
As soon as one speaks * psychiatrist *, the half of people panics: -).
When one thinks at the Russian gulags, there is of what indeed! My thought is more as if the voters have the right to know for that they are going to vote. At least for the posts of order of a country, because as electing them us gives them a * right of life and death * as heads of the armies, let's not forget it! He/it is hallucinating that the questions of entry in war, are not submitted to popular referenda, for example! He/it seems fundamental that a group of experts (independent, resulting from all countries, containing the psychologists, the éthologues, the analysts of rhetoric, etc...) can say to people what there is really behind the character's facade.
Today, the appearance of the politicians is not manufactured of all piece of the teams of coaching, in a precise aim. (For example, Poutine learned to smile lately, Jospin should have learned to be more cordial, Bush shows the finger to penetrate the mind of his/her/its adversaries...). While analyzing the rhetorics, while studying the mimic and the intentions hidden of people one would avoid that people become manipulate by beautiful talkers * counseled well *. One would give them some keys to judge themselves. It is necessary as even to remember that three serials killers governs the more grandes powers of the Land. It is as even extremely serious!
This group of experts (drawn to the fate, extendable, independent, varied) would not have hollowing that a role of analysis. The socially responsible lambda would vote while knowing the drifts possible of the elected official, of type megalomania or paranoia, for example. So we would not perhaps have to the head of the states of the beings deprived emotions, therefore of compassion, ready to torture their similar. Or of others ready to put us the planet to fire and sword in the name of notion as simplistic that "the line of the Difficulty" or other racial intolerance or nun...
It is not about forbidding or to catalog the beings, but merely to explain to the voters for whom they are going to vote.
The democracy it is not only the freedom to put a bulletin in the urn, but it is also the freedom to choose some * knowledge of cause *.
2) the police of the politicians was indeed a clumsy expression (I was inspired by the term * police of the polices * that we have in France, and the term * insurance policy *). I wished to speak of an independent organism of investigators, in charge of to make reports on work that the politicians, within sight of the documents that all elected must present on its responsibility, do. To seen it also of his/her/its results. (In charge of non hollowing to put them in jail, that it is possibly the role of the justice: -))))))). Speak therefore of a * organism of control of the regularity of employment of the public funds * or of something of this gender... to take a comparison, in organic farming of the certification organisms verify that the notebooks of the loads are respected well, so the consumers know what they buy.
A politician must respect his own specifications. It is his/her/its duty, and it is our * responsibility * to give us the means of in to be certain. It is also our responsibility to establish this specifications clearly.
3) the previous commitment experience dealt with me indispensable as proof of a motivation of * service * and of * knowledge of the field *. A man, having lived in egoist all his/her/its life, go wake up a small morning and to tell his/her/its fellow citizens: I am going to help you, my heart and my strengths are at your disposal. Who can believe it? On the other hand if he/it already showed evidence of a commitment, he/it will be more credible, and one will be able to know what he/it already did. In any trade, one asks for a training and of the previous practicums in companies, etc... so that people are competent. Why not in policy?
Probably remain to determine the criteria.. A social trade, a work in a humanist organization or environmentalist, of the volunteership, perhaps.
I am perfectly in agreement with you: the totalitarian drifts probably hide in all recesses, and probably under all proposals. We must be very careful. Light doesn't exist without the shade, on this Land in any case. And the humans seem specialist to drift seriously as soon as the opportunity introduces oneself some! ! ! By what we forget to respect probably or to take in account the laws of the biology.
I thank you for me to have given the opportunity to specify my thought better. This had to not be clear.
This being said, these measures (possible, these are only proposals) belong to the time where we still need politicians. If we governed each in wisdom, in altruism, in direct democracy with fair of the administrators, we would not have need anymore of it...
