Intellectual Policy
Friedrich G. HALLER
Friday, 16 May 2003 02:27:18 +0200

After the coffee pause, we should come quickly to an end with the slowness of our political activities.

Marie Martin-Pecheux called this slowness already as criminal because of humanitarian and ecological reasons.

We should advance and accelerate * Intellectual Policy *.

Therefore, I suggest the formation of * Intellectual Working Groups *for the WP21 project.

Those members of the WP21 forum who feel called upon to * Intellectual Policy * should convoke voluntary into these * Intellectual Working Groups. *

If there are several persons in the local * Intellectual Working Groups * they should start to work together.

Then they should send their delegates to the regional, national, continental and global * Intellectual Working Groups. *

If there appears only one person in local * Intellectual Working Groups * they should work together at the regional, national or continental level.

These * Intellectual Working Groups *should use the principle of consent and try to work out criterions for judgment and ranking of political proposals.

These criterions enable an objective list of all political proposals ranked by the necessary priorities.

Working off this list of priorities with the principle of consent should be the base of our political activities.

The result can lead to a real democratic policy that excludes any dictatorship by single persons, groups or majorities.

Yours truly.
