A new political party

Hello everyone,
This email is to ask your "vote" on the name of a new potential political party (to promote a world parliament etc.). Please read on.
To have more impact and a recognized platform to promote world citizenship and world democracy, I am thinking, together with others, of standing (or running as Americans say) for the 2004 elections to the world's only supranational democratic body: the European Parliament. At that time, the EU will have 25 member countries, in an absolutely unprecedented historical precedent whose importance is not really grasped by people.
The peaceful supranational uniting of Europe is a turning point in world history.
Even if chances of winning are slim, the mere fact of that campaign would probably help to get media attention all across Europe, including Eastern Europe, and probably beyond.
To that effect, there are two main options: - run with an existing party - create our own independent party.
The first is less complicated and risky but also risks associating our message with other messages less compatible. The closest party maybe to our message are the various Green parties and the Transnational Radical Party (see http://www.radicalparty.org) based in Italy. But both have defined images which would lose us a lot of voters. And some of our global structural ideas are agreed by conservatives and liberals (European meaning) and socialists too.
The second alternative is "cleaner" and could attract more attention and less baggage. Particularly, we do NOT want to be seen as either right or left, but as beyond it. That would be very explicit all the time.
Creating a new party with no negative baggage could just tap into the frustrations of millions of people who are fed up with politics as usual.
If we create a new party, the name is very important. Here two options which I would like to get your feedback on.
World Citizen Party
World Democracy Party
or variations thereof. If you have other/better ideas, let me know please.
Two questions:
Which do you personally prefer? which do you think would be best appreciated by first the European public, and later the world public?
The party would eventually exist in all countries, at least that is the logical conclusion from its very premise.
thank you for your feedback,
if you know people also who might support the establishment of a new party, especially financially, please inform them and feel free to forward them this message.
