Excellent the statement of " UN needs reforms desperately and needs to be incited to a more vigorous action".
I understood the proposal clearly and I agree totally.
Within the 3 items that you establish mean that:
To define requirements is important. For me one of the main requirements should be that the NGOs that come to form World people's Parliament, that you/they are working in the practical field, making effective actions for the question of maintainable development. Experiences and actions that present quality results, even if are simple and coming of small organizations.
It is important also that after having selected, assume a commitment with the task of doing the Parliament to work.
On coordinating the activities, I believe that after having selected the representatives of the Parliament that will show quickly with attendance and of electronic discussions as this list.
Concerning the sessions of the conferences of a Parliament, I also agree that should always happen before the official meetings of UN to have during you confer them government a stronger proposition and to be very established to get to conquer adhesion of all. I think important then to know the calendar of the conferences of UN and to create a permanent attendance inside of this organization that is so lost, to know always on their palaces for us to accompany his/her operation.
Respectfully,
Mauro Soares
