Dear fellow World Citizens, I agree heartily with the idea of a world political party at this time. It could be a unifying force for many organizations and individuals, especially in the peace movement. It would give a much-needed positive focus to the world-wide demonstrations of the past few months . I would prefer the title "World Citizens Party," as the term is easily understood to involve responsibility for the future of this Planet! As a starter for a platform I suggest looking at the Preamble of the Global People's Assembly Movement.
