Dear Pierre CARO and all friends:
1. I think that we need a New World Party based on the principle of consent.
2. The actual political parties can't become better, because they are based on the fateful principle of majority.
3. They never will be able to judge together with the minorities, what has the utmost upper priority in certain moments.
4. There are many topics they will exclude completely from their discussions.
5. There are many topics they will not discuss to the necessary intellectually optimal end.
6. They can always finish discussions and transform into law whatever they like, as long as they keep majorities in parliaments.
7. In the New World Party will be completely different politicians.
8. This New World Party needs voluntary professional politicians.
9. Voluntary professional politicians have an intellectual fulltime job and don't come together only for some legislative sessions per year.
10. Voluntary professional politicians must have a theoretical training of about 4 years in Independent Political Academies to reach consent in their intellectual fulltime job.
11. Voluntary professional politicians must have a long period (about 4 years) of practical training to reach consent with the population.
12. By the need of consent and their theoretical and practical training voluntary professional politicians will be able to judge permanently, what has absolute priority.
13. Voluntary professional politicians can bring their discussions to intellectual optimal results.
14. The New World Party could be an introductory cell of the New World Parliament based on the same new principles.
15. With all that we should start at the local level and in about 50 years we will have the necessary international experience to build up a better world.
Something like that could show my humble opinion about a New World Party.
I invite all of you to come to Cadiz to discuss the urgent steps for a better world.
