Dear Friends,
Me, it is Thinan. I didn't have the opportunity to present me since I had to register me in this group of discussion. I am student to the U.A.C of Benin in Economics
My contribution on the question of the construction of a PM is the next one:
The construction of a Pm is a long process that asks for the manifest determination of his/her/its members that is determined to set up this structure (organization) world. In this process, the steps are so numerous as all already related in their contributions.
- Are at the level politicians (our governing). it is necessary involved them and convince them of the possessions founded of the institution.
- At the level of the citizens (the civil society). It is necessary to know the expectation of these different categories of population especially. For a simple reason if one believes that the PM has the same features that the UNO or I know still, one tends to not to really grant an attention to what us wish to build for one following day better. To the fact the war in IRAQ showed the failing and the lack of power to the e breast our organization (UNO) who includes the people of the five continent. Then my concern is to put a structure that will have his/her/its authority and who must respect the retraced principles.
